This includes tuition fees, bus fees, library fees, science fees, computer
fees etc.
- Fees are to be deposited bimonthly in advance that is by the 15th of
the first bimonthly months to avoid the late fee fine. For Example:
for May /June should be deposited by the 15th of May.
- Part payment of fees will not be accepted.
- If for whatever reasons a student discontinues attending this school
without clearing all his / her dues, then in the event of the parent
having another child / children studying in the school, the said arrears
will continue to be treated as a financial liability of the parents. It must
be cleared within a week of a demand notice being served by the school.
Failing this the school reserves the right to disallow the other child /
children from attending school until the dues in question are cleared.
Late Fee Fine
- If fees are deposited after the 15th of the first of the
bimonthly months then Rs.50/- will be charged as late fee fine. Example:
May /June fees are being deposited after the 15th of May, but before the
16th of June, then Rs. 50/- will be charged for May. However if fees of both
the bimonthly months are being paid after the 15th of the second bimonthly
month then Rs, 100/- @ Rs. 50/- per month, will be charged as late fee fine
for both the months. Example: May/June fees are being paid after the 15th
of June, then late fee fine for May &June @ Rs. 50 per month amounting to
Rs. 100 will be charged. The above rule regarding the late fee is strictly
enforced. Any request to condone the same for various reasons will not be
entertained.
- If for any reason the parents/ guardians have not received a Bill Book
then must enquire at the school office. It will be the duty of the parent to
inform the school of their child not having a bill book Fees must be cleared
before the due date. No reduction of school fees/bus fees is made for
holidays or broken periods, during the duration of suspension.
According to the agreement with the bank we have assigned dates
for the HIGH SCHOOL. It will be as follows till otherwise

- Fees will only be accepted on all working days of the bank, between
the 1st and 15th of the month, including Saturday. Timings will be
10.30A.M. to 1.30 P.M. within the specified date, (Saturday 10.30A.M.
to 12 Noon).
N.B. : There is no grace period.
- No reminders regards the payment of school fees/bus fees etc. will
be issued to the parents I guardians. It will be the sole responsibility
of the parent I guardian to deposit the same on time as per the rules
prescribed in the bill book of the student. The onus of responsibility
on not doing so will fully rest with the parent I guardian concerned,
as it is his financial obligation.
- If anyone installment of fees is pending then the student's name
will automatically be struck off the rolls. In which case the child
will have to be detained at home until all dues are deposited. This
will comprise of :
(a) The late fee fine of Rs. 100/- @ Rs. 50 per month
(b) Readmission charge of Rs. 2000/ -.
(c) The School fees/Bus fees that are due.
However the above rule will not hold good during the Terminals &
Annual Exam. During these exams all fees including. all dues will
have to be cleared prior to the commencement of the exams. No
student having dues of any sort outstanding would be permitted to
appear for the Terminal and Final Exams. The admit card of these
exams will be withheld. No application for time will be entertained
for the Terminal &Annual exams. The defaulting students should
be detained at home by the parents. No Re-test will be conducted in
this case.
- No student will be allowed to return to the school until all outstanding
accounts of the previous term have been settled in full. The parent
should detain such a student at home, till all dues are paid.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- If for whatever reasons a student discontinues attending this school
