Admission Application Process:
- Registration opens for Std-11 (Through both online and offline) from the
next day after declaration of the board results of Session 2021-22.
Registration forms will also be available in the school office for students
from any Board (CBSE/ICSE/State)
Note:
Kindly read the criteria before filling the registration form very
carefully. The management will not be held responsible for any wrong
entry.

- The student will have to be accompanied by their Parents (Mother and
Father) for the said interview test, if required or called for.
- Students who have not given the computer exam in STD-X will not be
given computer as a subject.
- Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right, even in the event
of the student meeting the criteria of required percentage for
admission.
-It is absolutely mandatory for students of all categories to appear
for the interview test.
-The students will have to be accompanied by their parents (Mother
& Father) for the said interview test.
-Students who have not given the computer exam in X will not be given
computer as a subject.
*Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right even in the event of
student passing the Entrance Examination and appearing for the
interview. The management reserves the right to deny admission to any
candidates without assigning up reason and no claim will be entertained
in this regard.

-Students who have passed basic Mathematic (241) at secondary level are
not eligible to opt for Mathematics (041) at Sr. Secondary level.
-Apart from the testing the subject knowledge of the candidate as per
the curriculum of Class IX & X, questions will also be asked to
assess the scholastic aptitudes of the candidates.
-Provisionally selected candidates will be called for an interview.
Parents of the candidates provisionally selected have to be present at
the time of the interview with necessary documents.
-Admission will be done as per the number of seats available &
comparative performance of each individual student.
-Admission has to be taken by the date given by the Principal, failing
which the right for admission cannot be claimed.
NOTE:- St. Karen’s Students will be given preference in admission.
