The Karenite Konnect, held on November 3, 2024, was a remarkable celebration of the school’s nearly 60-year legacy, dating back to its establishment in 1965. The first alumni reunion brought together past students and faculty in a heartfelt evening filled with nostalgia, rejoicing in the presence of the very first student, Mr. Kaushlesh. Founders Mr. D. P. Galstaun and Mrs. L. B. Galstaun shared their experiences of the early days of the school and honoured honoured veteran teachers, setting the tone for a night rich with memories.
The joint director shared a compelling narrative of the school’s journey, highlighting the tireless dedication of Mr. D. P. Galstaun and Mrs. L. B. Galstaun. From times that seemed hopeless, they worked relentlessly to establish the school, which has now grown from just 6 students to nearly 20,000, with 5 branches at Patna and and one at Greater Noida.
Principal Mrs. Seema Singh expressed her pride, stating, “Our alumni have charted remarkable paths—from conquering elite competitive exams to starring in films like Super 30.” She highlighted how St. Karen's graduates have distinguished themselves across various fields, achieving success in civil services, pioneering medical research, developing cutting-edge technology at IITs, and winning global scholarships. She also announced the current alumni office bearers and encouraged more alumni to join the association.
Guests enjoyed captivating cultural performances and beautiful melodies from the school band, creating an atmosphere of joy and reflection. As excitement built, a lucky draw added an element of surprise , leading seamlessly into an evening of festive dining and dancing. The event was a fitting tribute to the enduring spirit of this educational powerhouse, uniting generations in celebration of shared experiences and lasting connections.
