An orientation programme for 50 newly appointed teachers from different branches of the St. Karen’s Group of Schools was conducted in Pamela Hall at St. Karen's High School. The sessions were led by Academic Director Sharon Galstaun Ma’am, Supervisor of Schools Shefali Srivastava Ma’am, Vice Principals, and Coordinators from various branches. The programme covered key topics such as St. Karen's ideologies, team building, school innovative practices, teaching methods and strategies, and the responsibilities of class teachers. Principal Seema Singh delivered the inaugural address, setting the tone for an enriching session. The programme concluded with engaging recreational activities and a reflection session. The teachers found the orientation insightful and beneficial, equipping them with valuable knowledge and skills for their journey ahead.
