An English Elocution Contest was held on 30th Oct, 2021 – The theme of the activity was POETRY IS THE RHYTHMICAL CREATION OF BEAUTY IN WORDS Topics for the poem: - • Grandparent's Love • Nature’s Love • Be The Best • Smile • Student Life Is The Best Life. The Public Speaking Club began on a pleasant note with the students of class 5. The finalists displayed their oratory skills and recited all the poems given to them nicely on the given topics. This Elocution Contest provided a platform for the students to show their talents and spoke in impromptu speech. The contest was adjudged by Ms. Sandhya Hirwani and Ms. Shweta Gupta. Ms. Shefali Srivastava (Academic Head -SKS) was our honourable guest. Ms. Rinku Banerjee (Co-ordinator - SKHS) was also there with us. At the end, our guests and the judges appreciated the efforts put in by the students and the Public Speaking Club. The results are as follows: - Rajvi Saha (5B) was placed first, Arya Mishra (5A) secured the second position and Gungun (5A) was adjudged third.
