Std. 2 and 5 students jointly organized a special assembly on Raksha Bandhan, celebrating the timeless bond between brothers and sisters. A symbolic thali was prepared where girls tied Rakhis, symbolizing the endearing relationship between siblings. They eloquently spoke about the festival's significance, setting the tone for this memorable day. It was emphasized that this bond unites both brothers and sisters, fostering a mutual pledge of love and care.
In a heartwarming gesture, all the school children crafted beautiful Rakhis to mark this auspicious occasion and shared them with the military personnel at the "cantonment area." The soldiers were deeply touched by this surprise from our students. Additionally, std. 5 students dressed as Mother Earth and symbolically tied a Rakhi to the moon, commemorating the successful landing of Chandrayaan 3. They also highlighted the importance of tree conservation, with girls tying Rakhis to trees to protect our Mother Earth.
The assembly concluded with the entire class singing the popular song "Phoolon ka Taaron Ka," with enthusiastic support from the teachers, who also imparted valuable lessons during the assembly
