Description:
An English Debate Contest was held in Pamela Hall for the students of Std- VIII on 23rd Jan, 2020. The topic for the debate was “Online Education is better than Traditional Education. As the topic was very contemporary and relevant for the students, they put in all efforts with the help of facts and figures to prove their points. There were 14 contestants, each speaker was unique in his/her approach and presentation. The first position was bagged by Hansika VIII I. There was a tie in the second and third position. The second position was secured by Anjali Anand VIII G and Raj Vardhan Roushan VIII N. The third position was bagged by three students Apurva Shree VIII M ,Anish Ranjan VIII I and Mushkan Pathak VIII L. The real reward for the students was the encouraging and motivating words of Honourable Director Sir who appreciated all the speakers .He blessed them for their promising future and presented them chocolates as a token of his love. They were awarded certificates of Merit by Director Sir.
