A career counselling session was conducted by Principal Seema Singh and Vice Principal Sanjay Joseph and for students of Std 9A to 9E at Pamela Hall. Beginning with an introduction by Principal Seema Singh on the importance of SWOT analysis—highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats—the session aimed to empower students in understanding themselves better. Vice Principal Sanjay Joseph then led the students through physical exercises to sharpen focus and reduce distractions, followed by motivational videos and a PowerPoint presentation. These activities were carefully designed to inspire and align students towards proactively preparing for their future careers. Throughout the session, stream-specific guidance was provided, informing students about diverse career options tailored to their individual strengths and weaknesses, ensuring they were equipped to make informed decisions early on in their academic journey.
