"An Induction Programme for school leaders, including principals, vice-principals, and teachers, took place on October 13 and 14, 2023, at St. Karen's High School, Gola Road, Patna. The program featured resource persons Mr. Pushakal Giri and Mr. Ravi Shankar.
This initiative, known as the Guru Dakshta Program, is designed to equip principals and teachers from both newly affiliated schools with the CBSE system and existing CBSE-affiliated schools with the skills and resources necessary to excel in their roles.
The Induction Training Programme introduced participants to the structure, policies, and guidelines of various departments and units within CBSE, including Training, Examination, Affiliation, Academics, Skill Education, IT, Professional Examination, CTET, CoEs, and ROs.
Participants in this program included school leaders and teachers from a variety of CBSE schools in Bihar and neighbouring regions."
