The management of St. Karen’s prioritises building a workforce that possesses exceptional potential.An orientation programme for the new faculty members was conducted on March 24, 2023. The faculty members were acquainted with the ethos and the philosophies of the school by Mrs. Sharon Gaulston, the academic director of St. Karen’s group of schools. Mrs. Shefali Shrivastava, the supervisor of St. Karen’s group of schools, conducted an engaging session on team building and soft skills for the new recruits of all the branches of the school. The Management Coordinator of St. Karen’s Primary School, Mrs. Angela Knight Ma'am, addressed the teachers regarding basic counselling skills and handling adolescence. The session continued with an oration on St. Karen's pedagogy by the principal of St. Karen’s Secondary School, Mrs. Mary Kutty Thomas Ma’am.Mrs. Manisha Lal Ma’am, Principal of St. Karen’s Collegiate School, addressed the gathering and guided the teachers about lesson planning and their responsibilities. Mrs. Seema Singh, principal of St. Karen’s High School, conducted a session on teaching methodology. The orientation commenced with an activities and feedback session conducted by Mrs. Deepa Beck.
