Thanks giving ceremony was organized in the premises of St. Karen's high school to honor the institution and its members whose hard work turned small saplings into trees with dense branches spread all around.
The special appearance at the event was of the honorable Director sir, principal ma'am, co-ordinators Mrs. Subhadra, and Mrs. Shefali Srivastava.
The ceremony was hosted by Aastha Shreshtha and Anmol Raj initiated with a welcome dance by Sarthak Singh Sagar followed by the recitation of a poem by Aayushi. The famous Hindi poem -
Mai tufanon ka aadi hun by Gopaldas boosted the morale of students for their fresh start after std.10.
The standup comedy by Anna Pradhan and Harshit was the center of attraction at the event.
The melodious mashup song presented by Komal and Akshat along with the motivational track Aashaiyen by Anamika grabbed the attention of the crowd. The performance by Vaishnavi, Alisha, and Piyush of the Biology department was splendid as it boosted the level of spirit of the audience.
The biggest slice of the program was Karen's stock in which the students elucidated their journey at St. Karen's high school.
The school president Chaitanya Prabhakar and secretary Vandita Vidisha from the Science stream shared their experience at St. Karen's high school. Their words were a profound source of motivation for the students of std.10 and the emotional touch of the speech left the crowd speechless.
The sweet talks by Harsh, Ashutosh, Simran, Samar, Adip Jamal and Riya Verma left the audience emotional with rollings tears in their eyes.
The event reached its end with an inspirational speech by the honorable director sir and principal ma'am. Their words motivated the students to move forward in their life despite hurdles and struggles.
