A special assembly was held today in St. Karen’s High School, Gola Road, Patna to celebrate Azadi ka Mahotsav – 75 years of Independence, in which the team of Sashastra Seema Bal in the leadership of Commandant Suverna Sajwan of 40th Battalion of SSB distributed flags to the children and teachers. In his address to the students, Mr. Deepak Kumar, Inspector (GD) and Mr. Pramod Kumar, ASI told them about the importance of our National Flag, the rules for hoisting the flag and also how to fold it and keep it in a proper way. It filled everyone’s heart with patriotism as they stood holding the flags with heads held high and faces beaming with pride for our nation.
