On 17th May 2025, the St. Karen’s Group of Schools witnessed
a truly inspiring day as teachers from all branches gathered for K-Talks, a
signature event under the annual K-Confluence celebration. The theme for this
year, “The heart that guides with patience and love leaves an imprint for a
lifetime,” brought forth emotional and impactful reflections from ten teacher
participants. The programme commenced with a vibrant and spirited dance
performance by teachers, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. This
was followed by a series of powerful talks where educators shared life-changing
incidents and personal experiences that echoed the essence of the theme. Their
stories touched hearts, motivated peers, and highlighted the deeply human side
of teaching.
K-Confluence is more than just an event—it's an inter-branch
platform that celebrates and enhances the multifaceted skills of teachers
across St. Karen’s institutions. From quizzing and oratory to poetry and
writing, the event encourages teachers to step out of the classroom and
showcase their hidden talents. Through friendly competition and collaboration,
K-Confluence strengthens inter-branch relationships and provides a space for
professional growth, innovation, and unity among educators. This year’s K-Talks
was a shining example of how shared experiences and collective passion can
uplift the entire teaching community.
