The festival of lights, Diwali, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at St. Karen’s High School on 17^th October 2025. The entire school campus was adorned with vibrant rangoli designs, twinkling diyas, and colourful decorations, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere.

The celebration began with a special morning assembly where students shared the significance of Diwali, highlighting the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. A beautiful skit was showcased, where the children showed the empathy for all those street children, who are deprived financially.

Students from Std 6 & 7 showcased their talents through energetic dance performances.

 The school also organized diya making, Rangoli, Toran, Pooja thali decoration competitions. Where the children participated with Joy and energy.

Teachers and students also took this opportunity to spread awareness about celebrating an eco-friendly Diwali by avoiding firecrackers and promoting the use of traditional lamps and decorations.
